The session has been designed to take you on a deep meditative healing sound journey using ancient healing tools, such as gongs, singing bowls and tunings forks. Sound baths are well known for taking participants into meditative states by using various instruments to bring the brainwaves into theta state - the state of our sub-conscious, where we can access insights, visions, memories.
